GENERAL TIPS FOR USING
ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
The health benefits of Organic Coconut Oil make this oil ideal to use in your
cooking instead of the oils you use now.
Frying, Baking, Marinating, Spreading on bread.
Some people say
they would get sick of the taste of the coconut oil, but you don't. Generally if
you are cooking with it, frying or baking, you don't taste the oil in the
finished food.

Potato Chips
Cut big potatoes into thick wedges. Heat oil in wok or pan to around 180*-190*and add potatoes.
Cook until brown and tender. Eat while hot.
You will be amazed that the oil does not soak into the potato, you are left with
the same amount of oil as you started after you drain the chips. The chips taste
delicious!
You can use this oil again for frying safely as long as the oil does not get so
hot its smoking.
Banana & Coconut
Muffins
2 1/2 cups SR Flour
90g Wild Organic Coconut Oil
1 cup Castor Sugar
1 1/4 cups Coconut Milk
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
1 cup Mashed Ripe Banana
1/3 cup shredded dried coconut
Rub coconut oil into flour, add remaining ingredients and stir with fork until
just combined. Put mixture into a 12 muffin tin. Sprinkle with dried coconut.
Bake for 20 minutes in moderately hot oven. Eat while still warm. Okay to
freeze.
Jenny's Homemade Chocolate Recipe
125gram Wild Organic Coconut Oil
125gram Rice Syrup
- melt slowly together, then add-
12 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder
1/2 cup of extras (dried fruit, nuts, seeds etc)
Pour into mould and let set in fridge.
Banana & Coconut
Smoothie
Add Milk, Yogurt, Frozen Banana, Honey and Tablespoon of Coconut Oil to blender.
Mix really well. - Enjoy!
